Genesis uses the security practices described in our Information Security Policy, including multi-factor authentication, TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption of sensitive fields at rest and least-privilege access controls. Details are subject to change as the program matures, and the security policy is the source of truth.

These rights can include the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, the right to opt out of certain uses and the right to portability. Genesis operates in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take appropriate steps to protect information regardless of where it is processed.

Genesis services are directed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
