1. Who we are

Genesis Revolution Group Inc is a Delaware-adjacent New Hampshire corporation that builds custom teams of AI agents for business owners. This policy explains what personal and business information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to the people whose data we handle. 2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Contact details when you request a proposal or sign an agreement (name, email, phone, business name and role).
Payment information collected by our processors (Stripe, and where applicable Plaid). We do not store full card numbers on our own infrastructure.
Business context you share during discovery calls, meetings and email exchanges that we use to build and operate your agent team.

Information collected automatically

Basic usage information from our websites and dashboards, including IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the services running and to detect abuse.

Information received from third parties

When you or one of our clients connects a bank account through Plaid, we receive the account balances, transactions, identity information and liabilities that Plaid returns to us based on the consent granted during the connection flow.

3. How we use information

To deliver the services you contracted, including building, operating and maintaining your agent team and providing the dashboards and reporting associated with it.
To process payments, invoicing and reconciliation.
To communicate with you about your account, service updates and support requests.
To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
To protect Genesis, our clients and the integrity of the services against fraud, abuse and security incidents.

4. How we share information

Genesis does not sell personal information. We share information only in these situations:

Service providers that operate on our behalf, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), banking data (Plaid), AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and analytics. Each provider is bound by contract to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we authorize.
Legal or regulatory requirements, when we are required by law, subpoena or a valid government request.
Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to the acquirer honoring this policy.

5. How we protect information

Genesis uses the security practices described in our Information Security Policy, including multi-factor authentication, TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption of sensitive fields at rest and least-privilege access controls. Details are subject to change as the program matures, and the security policy is the source of truth.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights can include the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, the right to opt out of certain uses and the right to portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@genesisrevolutiongroup.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Specific retention windows are described in our Data Retention Policy.

8. International transfers

Genesis operates in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take appropriate steps to protect information regardless of where it is processed.

9. Children

Genesis services are directed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date at the top of this page.
